Dee is the founder and CEO of Dee Allen Consulting N Coaching LLC. Her expertise in leadership and coaching stems from her 33-year career in the Navy where she retired as a Command Master Chief. During her Navy-career, she served in many executive-level positions where she was the trusted advisor to the current Chief of Naval Operations, the Commander of Navy Installations Command and the Commander of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. Additionally, she served on the personal staff for the eleventh Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy.
Dee has extensive expertise developing executive talent and leading teams in defining concrete goals, optimizing performance and providing accountability. She has worked with military leaders, non-profits as well as one-on-one clients to both increase leadership and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, she developed a leadership and feedback model based on Gallup’s methodology to enhance leadership effectiveness for leaders at all levels.
She holds a host of credentials to include an Executive Coaching Certification, Professional Life Coach Certification, Career Goal Coach Certification and Business Consultant Certification. She also is certified as a Six Sigma Yellow-Belt in Diversity & Inclusion and as a Neutral in Alternative Dispute Resolutions. She is currently pursuing her ICF ACC Coaching Certification as well as her Board Certified Coaching Certification.
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's of Science Degree in Management from University of Maryland University College. She is currently enrolled in Cornell University's Executive Leadership Graduate Program.
