About Dee
BIO
Dee Allen is the founder and CEO of Dee Allen Consulting N Coaching LLC and a military veteran, who served in the U.S. Navy for over 33 years. Upon her retirement, she was the most senior enlisted female serving in the Navy and had the pleasure of working in numerous executive-level positions and coached many of the Navy’s top leaders. She has worked with the federal government, non-profits, and corporate leaders to both increase leadership and organizational effectiveness.
